PRICING & METHODS OF PAYMENTS

ThatGuy & Associates Inc.™   Accepts Pay Pal, Visa & Master Card. We also
accept cash, money orders, checks and travelers’ checks. There is a one time
administration fee to become a member.

Prices Per Hour

Prices starting at $2.99 to $55.00 per hour of Personal Assistants Concierge
Service,
Members can get up to 5% to 20% on all services
Non - Members (no discount)
Seniors receive a 10 % discount on all services

Save money and buy a package for better pricing

The cost is less per hour and you get a bigger discount if you need more time.

Bronze Package
$195.00 for 5 hours of concierge service monthly
5 % discount from A La Carte pricing after package hours are used

Silver Package
$370.00 for 10 hours of concierge service monthly
10 % discount from A La Carte pricing after package hours are used

Gold Package
$535.00 for 15 hours of concierge service monthly
15 % discount from A La Carte pricing after package hours are used

$125.00 per month ($75 Savings) 5 hours of errands plus....

Terms of Use

Payments
Services for monthly plans are secured by a major credit card and require
payment in full before services are rendered. Hourly services are paid in advanced
by cash, check, credit card, or money order made payable to ThatGuy &
Associates, Inc. Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice, are scheduled
with a convenience fee of $ 25.00, to accommodate necessary scheduling
changes. Any prices listed by ThatGuy & Associates, Inc. are for services
rendered by ThatGuy & Associates, Inc. and do not include charges for third party
vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request.

Unused Hours
All hours for monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour used.
Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following
month.

Errands
All errands rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 15 miles
of travel. Travel over 15 miles will be billed at the rate of $ .48 per mile.

Personal Service
You must call for scheduling & pricing. We like to have 24 hour notice, but we will
try to work with you.

Pets
Services including the transportation of pets require that the client provide a
suitable pet carrier and proof of Las Vegas Rabies Vaccination.

Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, ThatGuy & Associates, Inc.
Requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice will result in the full price of
service being charged. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of service will be
assessed a $ 25.00 fee.

Access to Client’s Property
If ThatGuy & Associates, Inc. can not gain access to the client’s residence or place
of business the client will be charged the full cost of the service. There will be a $
5.00 monthly key holding fee.

Privacy Policy
All personal and credit card information collected by ThatGuy & Associates, Inc.
will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the
client for services rendered. At no time will the collected information be disclosed
to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial
obligation to ThatGuy & Associates, Inc.

Fee Information
1 hour minimum – billing will then be in 15 minute increments
As many services as possible will be completed in the hour
Costs of any purchases are NOT included in hourly rate
Mileage is included up to 15 miles; $ .48/mile beyond 15 miles
Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is
completed
Rates for after hours, holidays, and weekend services will exceed normal hourly
rate
Cancellations require 24 hour notice or a $ 25.00 fee applies
We respectfully request payment at time of services rendered
24 hour notice is requested for all tasks; however, if possible, we will attempt to
meet every request.

Returned Check Fee
$40.00 charge assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed
by banking institution.
