To expedite the signing of any document, Clients/Borrowers will need:

Nevada Driver's License
Nevada Identification Card
Two credible witness's (for a person who does not have current ID)
Mexico Driver's license
US Passport
US Military ID Card
Inmate ID Card
Other State Driver's License
Other State Identification card, Canada Driver's License
Foreign Passports stamped by USCIS
ID card issued by the USCIS (Notarization of USCIS forms only)    
 

Any required stipulations for signing, (check with lender, example: W-2,  Paystub).

Closing cost check if applicable, (check with Lender or Escrow Co.).

Have lender's phone number handy in case you have questions during the signing.

Please complete all forms except signatures and notarized areas.  Discuss blank spaces with your lender as to N/A or a "Line" drawn through it.

Please review all documents for the correct spelling of names and correct dates.

 Notary Public

A notary public (or notary or public notary) is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in non-contentious matters usually concerned with estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney, and foreign and international business. A notary's main functions are to administer oaths and affirmations, take affidavits and statutory declarations, witness and authenticate the execution of certain classes of documents, take acknowledgments of deeds and other conveyances, protest notes and bills of exchange, provide notice of foreign drafts, prepare marine protests in cases of damage, provide exemplifications and notarial copies, and perform certain other official acts depending on the jurisdiction. Any such act is known as a notarization. The term notary public only refers to common-law notaries and should not be confused with civil-law notaries.

Fees

For taking an acknowledgment, for the first signature of each signer....... $5.00

For each additional signature of each signer............................................. 2.50

For administering an oath or affirmation without a signature...................... 2.50

For a certified copy................ 2.50

For a jurat, for each signature on the affidavit................................................ 5.00

Travel between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. $12.50 per hour. (Minimum 2 hour travel time charge)

Travel between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. $25 per hour. (Minimum 2 hour travel time charge)

**Discounts are available for contract locations and multiple documents on during the same trip.

**Pre-payment may be required for extensive travel outside of Las Vegas.
